Project Manager – Healthcare Manufacturing

About the role

The Project Manager will own end‑to‑end delivery of allocated projects across Slade Health sites in Australia and New Zealand, reporting to the ANZ Validation and Facilities Manager. This is a permanent full‑time position, Monday‑Friday 9 AM‑5 PM, based onsite at one of the company’s facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Engage business stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Drive key decision‑making processes across the organisation.
• Manage vendor relationships relevant to each project.
• Lead project resources and cross‑functional teams toward successful delivery.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards for compounding facilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects in regulated environments such as healthcare, pharmaceutical or manufacturing.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and adapt to occasional weekend or overtime requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross‑functional teams.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
• Risk and issue management.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements for chemotherapy compounding facilities.
