Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacy Services

About the role

In this role you will deliver quality pharmacy services to children, young people and families across multiple units of Children’s Health Queensland. You will work within multidisciplinary teams, applying clinical judgement and adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality clinical pharmacy services in acute hospital, rehabilitation or ambulatory settings.
• Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to complex medication decisions under senior supervision.
• Offer high‑level assistance and medication expertise to other health professionals.

Required profile

• Commitment to delivering safe and effective medication outcomes for paediatric patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and follow the Children’s Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework.
