Project Manager – Full Project Lifecycle (Construction)

About the role

Our client, a leading energy company in Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of construction projects within the Property & Business Services team. The role is based in Bentley, WA and runs on a two‑year fixed‑term contract, offering the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio ranging from residential and commercial buildings to logistics facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of minor to major construction projects, including office refurbishments, fit‑outs and new builds.
• Develop, scope and present business cases and cost estimates to executive and board level stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, contract administration and coordination of engineering and project services.
• Oversee operational readiness activities and ensure comprehensive, documented asset handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external contractors, consultants, vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, procurement and project management frameworks.
• Travel to regional WA sites and depots as required.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing construction projects, including new builds, fit‑outs and refurbishments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle from business case through to handover.
• Experience with fire remediation projects is highly regarded.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a relevant trade; Project Management certification is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills.
• Current WA C or C‑A class driver’s licence and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
