Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

As a Project Manager in Intrax's NSW team, you will own the delivery of engineering projects from planning through to close‑out, acting as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of multiple projects across Projects NSW, coordinating structural, civil and building services disciplines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and milestones, monitoring performance against scope, programme and budget.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, variations and scope changes early, ensuring commercial outcomes are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, setting expectations and communicating progress.
• Maintain accurate project records, support invoicing, forecasting and project close‑out.

Required profile

• Proven record of managing multiple projects against scope, programme and budget.
• Commercial confidence with experience in forecasting, invoicing and managing variations.
• Excellent client communication and relationship skills.
• Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams and technical specialists.
• Proactive approach to risk, issues and escalation.
