Project Manager – Defence Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Darwin, supporting a large portfolio of works under our National Defence contract. You will help deliver office fit‑outs, complex infrastructure upgrades and other projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, budgets and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle, including scope, design, contract administration and financial management.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers and cost controls.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely progress.
• Assist project teams in reporting, documentation and compliance with security clearances.
• Monitor project performance against client expectations, timeframes, costs and specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably managing a large portfolio of projects.
• Prior experience on defence‑related projects is highly regarded.
• Australian citizenship to obtain baseline security clearance.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
