About the role
An award‑winning construction company with over 20 years of experience is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects valued up to $25m.
Key responsibilities
- Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting.
- Developing construction programmes and hands‑on delivery.
- Providing technical knowledge and commercial awareness to clients.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years' experience in project management on commercial projects as a principal contractor.
- Tertiary qualification in construction/engineering or a trade background.
- Experience on fit‑out, refurbishment and commercial new‑build projects valued up to $30m.
