Project Manager - Civil

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead, win and deliver civil infrastructure projects for a diverse client base, including local government and major mining companies. The role involves managing projects up to $50M, developing new service offerings and mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, win, and manage civil infrastructure projects such as roads, water mains, drainage, dams and pumping systems.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to high technical standards.
• Identify opportunities for new service offerings and support business development.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to win and manage multi‑discipline projects up to $50M.
• Strong client relationship and leadership skills.
• Interest in long‑term growth and succession within AECOM.

Required skills

• Civil engineering design and analysis for roads, water mains, drainage, levees, dams, and pumping/piping systems.
• Project management and business development.
• Mentoring and team leadership.
