Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure

About the role
As a Project Manager you will lead the delivery of multiple civil infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory, overseeing budgets, programmes and client relationships while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage civil projects from award through to completion.
- Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and forecasts.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular project reporting and financial updates.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing subdivision and civil infrastructure projects.
- Background in bulk earthworks, excavation and road construction.
- Demonstrated commercial and contractual management experience.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights.
