Project Manager – Bridge Construction

About the role

We are looking for a confident and experienced Project Manager to join our busy bridge construction team. Based in Charlestown, the role involves travelling across NSW to deliver complex bridge projects while upholding our reputation for innovative civil engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and control all phases of assigned bridge projects, from design through construction.
• Manage company employees, subcontractors, and engage all stakeholders effectively.
• Balance customer expectations with company standards on quality, cost, and contract specifications.
• Oversee cost management, profitability, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Identify and participate in business development opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Proven experience on bridge projects.
• Strong commitment to safety, customer satisfaction and quality.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and capacity to meet targets under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Current driver licence and Construction Induction Card.
