Project Manager - Asset Management

About the role

CPP, a high-voltage infrastructure provider and member of Quanta Services, is hiring a Project Manager for its Asset Management Services team in Wingfield. The role suits an electrical or engineering professional who wants to move into project management, taking ownership of projects from early client engagement through to delivery and close-out. Projects cover planned maintenance, cable faults and wind farm outages, and require speed, coordination and clear decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end, from client engagement through to delivery and close-out
• Build strong relationships with clients so that scopes are clear, resources are planned and delivery is seamless
• Coordinate internal delivery teams and specialist subcontractors
• Manage timelines and commercial outcomes
• Maintain consistent communication to keep projects on track
• Support the wider construction and operations teams, helping optimise workforce utilisation and contribute to repeat business

Required profile

• Experience in high-voltage or a similar electrical, utilities or renewables infrastructure environment
• Technical background in electrical, HV, utilities or engineering
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, resourcing, subcontractor coordination and client engagement
• Demonstrated commercial awareness, able to manage budgets, margins and delivery outcomes
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with real-time problem solving
