About the role

This is a 1‑year contract position supporting the Project Leader and Clinical Project Manager in delivering clinical research projects in accordance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Assist in establishing and maintaining project documentation, files, records and reports.
Coordinate and track communications, documents, materials and supplies for assigned projects.
Review and manage payment details, supporting site invoice processing.
Maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans.
Prepare and distribute status, tracking and finance reports, and support budget allocation.
Take minutes at meetings, distribute actions and follow up.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant clinical research experience.
Strong teamwork, problem‑solving and detail‑oriented approach.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
