Clinical Trial Assistant – 1 Year Contract

About the role

This 1‑year contract position supports Clinical Research Associates and the Regulatory & Start‑Up team in delivering accurate trial documentation and ensuring compliance throughout the study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain clinical documents and systems, including the Trial Master File, to track site compliance and performance.
• Prepare, handle, distribute, file and archive clinical documentation and reports according to SOPs.
• Assist with the preparation, handling and distribution of clinical trial supplies and track case report forms, queries and data flow.
• Act as a central contact for project communications and may accompany CRAs on site visits after training.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience; clinical research experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and applicable protocol requirements as provided in company training.
