Casual Registered Nurse – Australia‑wide Opportunities

About the role

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to support a variety of healthcare programs across Australia on a casual basis. The role involves working independently in community and home‑based settings, delivering protocol‑specific activities, patient education, and clinical assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver protocol and program‑specific activities, including clinical assessments and sample collection.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and clinic teams on study procedures and health information.
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic records.
• Complete extensive online training and ongoing education to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 1–2 years post‑registration nursing experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in community or home‑based settings.
• Flexible availability to support patient visits as needed.

Required skills

• Venepuncture, blood collection, cannulation and/or port access.
• Paediatric nursing experience (highly regarded).
• Strong computer literacy, including navigation of online training platforms and electronic documentation systems.
