Project Lead (Health)

About the role

BVN is inviting expressions of interest from exceptional Project Leaders with experience delivering significant health projects on site to join our Sydney studio. This dynamic, full‑time position requires an adept individual to contribute to key health‑focused projects and uphold BVN’s design philosophy of connection and community.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively manage and coordinate internal teams and external groups, including contractors.
• Liaise with clients and contractors, representing BVN at meetings and presentations.
• Mentor and develop team members to support their professional growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and delivering complex, large‑scale healthcare projects in a D&C or MC procurement environment.
• Strong leadership, management and mentoring abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full project process, including fees, variations, schedules and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear understanding of core design intent throughout all project phases.
• Familiarity with the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFG).
