Project Lead / Architect – High-End Residential Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead/Architect to oversee the delivery of a portfolio of high‑end residential projects. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design excellence and compliance with Australian building regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and documentation for luxury single‑family homes.
• Coordinate all project stakeholders, including consultants, contractors and internal team members.
• Ensure designs comply with the Development Control Plan (DCP), Local Environmental Plan (LEP) and the National Construction Code (NCC).
• Manage client relationships, presenting design concepts and progress updates.
• Produce detailed Revit models and construction documentation.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering high‑end residential projects.
• Strong client relationship and communication abilities.
• Understanding of Australian residential compliance frameworks (DCP, LEP, NCC).
• Master’s degree in Architecture.
