Project Engineer – Upstream CSG (Roma, QLD)

About the role

Monadelphous is looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join its Upstream CSG team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based on site in the Roma region of Queensland, you will work a 19/9 roster supporting a high-performing operations team and collaborating closely with a key client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site support functions including Quality, Technical, Planning and Commercial.
• Assist in developing project plans, budgets and schedules.
• Manage project data, reporting and commercial documentation.
• Support tender submissions and execution phases.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings, providing practical solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in CSG.
• Australian-recognised degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in on-site engineering within the resources sector.
• Strong written and technical communication skills.
• Motivated, proactive attitude with a commitment to safety.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
