Project Engineer – Internal & Façade

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead internal fit‑out and façade packages on high‑profile mixed‑use developments in CBD and city‑fringe locations. This role offers ownership of key project components and a clear path to senior responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of internal & façade scopes from procurement through to completion
• Manage subcontractors, letting, and supplier negotiations
• Coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, and technical interfaces
• Drive program, cost, quality, and compliance outcomes
• Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams
• Mentor junior engineers

Required profile

• Experience as a Project Engineer on commercial, residential, or mixed‑use projects
• Strong exposure to fit‑out and/or façade systems
• Ability to manage complex interfaces and subcontractors
• Solid program and cost control capability
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong ownership
