Project Coordinator – Kalgoorlie (Construction)

About the role

Join Freyssinet Australia as a Project Coordinator based in Kalgoorlie. You will support the delivery of remediation, concrete repair and infrastructure projects across the Goldfields and wider WA region, working closely with project managers, supervisors and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of remediation, concrete repair and civil projects.
• Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and equipment on site.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, site personnel and project teams.
• Support project scheduling, reporting and procurement activities.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets and performance.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits and build strong working relationships with crews and clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within construction, civil or mining environments.
• Concrete construction experience is essential.
• Remedial, rehabilitation or structural repair experience is highly desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline are highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of site operations and project delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and committed to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
