Production Operator

About the role

As a Production Operator at Supagas, you will follow established processes to safely manufacture gas cylinders, operate equipment efficiently, and uphold the company’s high safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise safety in line with Supagas policies and procedures.
• Maintain LPG and industrial cylinders – sorting, cleaning, filling, painting and testing.
• Track and update cylinder movements.
• Load and unload trucks as required.
• Report hazards, safety concerns, near‑misses, accidents and incidents.
• Assist with yard maintenance, including safe storage of tools, rubbish removal and general workplace upkeep.
• Complete all required documentation promptly and in accordance with Australian Standards.

Required profile

• Proven safety focus and experience in the oil & gas or manufacturing sector in a production‑related role.
• Valid and current forklift licence.
• Self‑motivated with a continuous learning mindset.
• Respect for differences, strong teamwork skills, adaptability and resilience.
• Initiative, willingness and proactivity.
