Production Coordinator – Women's Accessories

About the role

Seed Heritage is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join the Women’s Accessories team. You will own production schedules, manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of products across all categories.

Key responsibilities

• Own production schedules and critical paths, ensuring key deadlines are met.
• Partner with Buyers and Designers on seasonal planning, bookings and production requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders, production trackers and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate shipping, vessel bookings, warehouse needs and customs clearance.
• Work with Sourcing and Compliance to manage supplier certifications and sustainability initiatives.
• Track supplier performance, document issues and support onboarding of new suppliers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in production coordination, product development, supply chain or a similar role, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of margins and retail supply chain.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, especially with offshore suppliers.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Experience with production, ERP or supply‑chain systems such as Lima.
