Production Coordinator

About the role

GP Advertising, the retail advertising agency for Harvey Norman in Australia, NZ, Ireland and Singapore, is hiring a Production Coordinator based in Homebush West. Reporting to the Account Manager and working closely with the in-house advertising team, the role ensures that all content and production processes are compliant. The agency produces catalogues, press, magazines, online, TV and radio material.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise confidently with internal staff, business units and external stakeholders
• Maintain and update files as required
• Meet strict deadlines consistently
• Manage changes and correspondence effectively
• Oversee copywriters and designers to ensure timely completion of work
• Make informed judgements and identify potential issues
• Carry out other ad hoc duties to help run GP Advertising efficiently

Required profile

• Experience in advertising production with a keen eye for detail
• Proven communication skills with a diverse range of business units
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently
• Demonstrated teamwork and a proactive, supportive attitude
• Right to work in Australia

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
