Admin Data and Reporting Assistant

About the role

GP Advertising, one of Australia's largest in-house retail ad agencies, is looking for a full-time Advertising Admin and Reporting Coordinator based in Homebush West. This is an entry-level role reporting to the General Manager, covering reporting on marketing and advertising and other general admin duties.

Key responsibilities

• Run and maintain reporting on all aspects of marketing and advertising, plus other general admin duties.
• Help develop system and process changes to meet internal and external business needs for data analysis and reporting.
• Analyse, maintain and review incoming data from internal and external sources and present it in a simple, comprehensive format.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts and production reporting.
• Liaise with all divisions up to General Manager level to obtain and provide marketing and advertising data.

Required profile

• Independent, self-motivated worker with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, able to set and manage priorities across multiple deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Right to work in Australia.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• High attention to detail.
