Product Sales Director - City of Sydney

About the role

QMS Media, an Australian outdoor media company, is hiring a Product Sales Director for its City of Sydney (CoS) business. The role is a 12-month contract, full-time and hybrid (one day working from home), and is described as parental leave cover.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and revenue targets for the City of Sydney business
• Build relationships with agencies, direct clients and buying groups to deliver outdoor media solutions
• Own campaigns and pipeline end to end: write proposals, forecast sales and execute initiatives that close revenue gaps
• Mentor the Account Coordinator and coach junior roles
• Act as the CoS specialist, bringing digital OOH ideas and educating the market on the company's premium network

Required profile

• Knowledge of the media world; OOH experience is a bonus
• Strong network of established agency and client relationships
• High-energy, collaborative team player who mentors others
• Strategic, problem-solving approach with strong commercial acumen
