Product Manager - Touring

About the role

Ignite's fast-growing Touring division is looking for a Product Manager in Broadbeach, Queensland, to design innovative, value-packed touring packages to bucket-list destinations. The role is supported by in-house product and marketing teams and by exclusive supplier relationships worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from creative ideation and negotiation through itinerary creation to trip evaluation.
• Plan and deliver a pipeline of products targeting prime destinations such as America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
• Grow product sales and profit margins as part of the procurement strategy.
• Research and create itineraries, including curated series group tours that offer better value and quality than market offers.
• Manage new and existing supplier relationships to ensure scalable growth and quality control.
• Work with in-house marketing and sales teams to bring products to market.

Required profile

• Outstanding knowledge of touring products and destinations.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong time management, delegation, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• A dynamic, adaptable approach and strong commercial acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency in airfare and GDS systems.
