Product Manager – Parts & Services (LHD) – Australia

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Parts and Services Division for the LHD product line in Australia. The role focuses on maximising customer share and driving product line sales while ensuring optimal inventory and parts availability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities for machine models and assess feasibility for local or global implementation.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns based on product knowledge and market feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Service teams to ensure positive product performance.
• Work with Inventory and Planning teams to maintain healthy stock levels and provide strategic forecasting insights.
• Review and manage parts availability, stocking levels for new model introductions, and critical stocking lists.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date IMS files and customer critical stocking lists.
• Handle CES requests, quotations, ordering and aged stock in line with KPI targets.
• Support pricing decisions using market intelligence while meeting business KPIs.
• Assist with external capital machine tenders and prepare consignment agreement parts lists.
• Prepare, price and evaluate profitability of care agreements such as COPcare.
• Review technical bulletins for relevance and ensure parts stocking aligns with releases.
• Manage local kit creation and evaluate suitability of factory product releases for the Australian market.
