Business Development Executive

About the role

Join Val Morgan Cinema’s Local Direct Team as a Business Development Executive responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of key accounts across Western Australia. You will drive sales revenue by identifying prospects, generating leads and presenting cinema advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales prospects and opportunities through advertising, cold calling and other sources.
• Generate and nurture leads, service existing and nominated clients.
• Execute sales processes and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Present Val Morgan’s advertising offering to clients and negotiate contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a B2B sales environment (e.g., retail, hospitality).
• Strong presentation, negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Results‑oriented with a track record of achieving targets in a fast‑paced market.
• Self‑motivated, team‑player with a passion for cinema.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software for sales tracking.
