Product Manager – Insight & Data

About the role

Aphex is looking for a Product Manager to own the Insight & Data area – the measurement layer of its construction planning platform. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will lead a squad of about six engineers to define, build and ship core data measures that drive project performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, defend and version the canonical measures of project behaviour and performance.
• Own the data platform, pipelines, aggregated models and API surface that customers and AI agents consume.
• Run discovery, write specs and guide the engineering team from QA through launch.
• Make daily trade‑off decisions on scope, timeline and quality, and ensure platform reliability.

Required profile

• Experience building measurement systems, metrics, or analytics platforms.
• Proven product ownership of a standalone product or platform area.
• Ability to interrogate technical estimates and spot sequencing errors.
• Remote‑first work style with clear written communication.

Required skills

• Background in measurement, behavioural analytics or activation instrumentation.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, aggregated data models and API design.
• Experience with AI/agent products and evaluation frameworks is highly valued.
