Product Manager - Acute Care

Take the next step in your marketing career leading solutions that improve safety and efficiency in hospitals. As Product Manager – Acute Care you will own the strategic direction and commercial success of an Acute Care portfolio across ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, growth, and performance of Stryker's Acute Care portfolio across ANZ.
• Shape and execute go‑to‑market plans, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable strategies.
• Partner with sales, clinical, and regional stakeholders to deliver value‑based solutions.
• Build and deploy commercial programmes, educational initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
• Manage portfolio investments and collaborate across global and regional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in product management, marketing, or commercial roles with proven strategic execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
