Product Growth Manager (Conversion and Lifecycle Lead)

About the role

Eucalyptus is looking for a Product Growth Manager, described as a Conversion and Lifecycle Lead, to shape and own how Pilot/Hims converts and retains patients through its digital experience. The role defines strategy and priorities across conversion, retention and cross-sell, with core metrics centred on conversion, retention, reactivation and long-term value (LTV). It reports directly to the General Manager, Hims Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Own Hims' conversion, retention and LTV strategy
• Define and lead the roadmap across quiz flows, onboarding, lifecycle journeys and retention touchpoints, linking experimentation to improvements in conversion, retention and LTV
• Lead the conversion and lifecycle function and build, manage and develop a team across CRO, CRM, product strategy and design
• Analyse behavioural data, map friction and motivation and turn insights into high-impact initiatives
• Partner with Engineering and Growth to build intuitive, trustworthy, high-converting digital journeys
• Set testing frameworks, prioritisation logic and reporting standards
• Own conversion, retention and LTV metrics, diagnose shifts quickly and make trade-offs that move the needle

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience across CRO, CRM, retention or strategy in high-growth environments
• Experience owning conversion and retention metrics at scale
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams and launching features customers love
• Strong analytical ability and comfort owning core commercial metrics
• Clear, structured communication with senior stakeholders
