Procurement Manager

About the role

The Northeast Auto Group is looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities, drive value and efficiency, and build strong supplier relationships across our automotive business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations and performance, ensuring cost‑saving and process‑improvement opportunities are captured.
• Source, evaluate and select products, services and suppliers, negotiating pricing, contracts and commercial agreements.
• Monitor purchasing activity for value, compliance and risk management, and maintain accurate procurement records and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain management, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Australian working rights.
