Procurement Manager (Hybrid, Australia/New Zealand)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join Fujitsu’s Australia and New Zealand operations. Working in a hybrid environment, you will partner with business unit heads, senior leaders and IT teams to optimise the procurement process, delivering speed, cost‑efficiency and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organisational priorities across Australia and New Zealand.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units and senior leaders, identifying opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
• Build and manage a sustainable savings pipeline through spend analysis, category management and market insights.
• Lead sourcing activities including RFPs, RFIs and RFQs, supported by financial and cost modelling.
• Manage end‑to‑end supplier relationships, from contracting and negotiations to performance management.
• Ensure best‑value outcomes through strong procurement governance, risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in procurement or supply‑chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of procurement governance, sourcing strategies and supplier management frameworks.
• Proven contract negotiation and management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to assess cost structures.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying savings opportunities.
