Principal/Engagement Manager/Associate – Energy

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced professional to join its Energy practice in Perth. You will work with electricity generators, retailers, and energy‑related companies to address strategic and operational challenges across renewables, storage, EVs, hydrogen and carbon reduction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or similar project‑based environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Energy and Natural Resources sector, with breadth or depth in one of the practice areas.
• Proven track record of leading teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines.
• Self‑starter, independent thinker who works well within a team.
• Clear communicator with business‑fluent English and willingness to travel.
