About the role

Marsh is seeking an experienced insurance broker to join its Risk Management & Corporate team in Brisbane. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office and offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of risks and large new‑business tenders.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and grow a portfolio of revenue‑generating corporate accounts while delivering high‑quality service.
Lead, plan and implement renewal and broking strategies, ensuring effective account retention and defence.
Develop new business opportunities, onboard new clients and deliver Marsh’s value proposition.
Participate in claim‑related matters and track emerging opportunities.

Required profile

5+ years of commercial broking experience with a proven ability to generate new business.
Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
Strong market presence within General Insurance and senior‑level relationships with insurers.
Energetic, proactive attitude with a high commitment to client service.
