About the role
We are seeking a Principal Project Officer (Digital) to lead and deliver digital projects within the Crime and Corruption Commission. The role involves overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and driving successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor digital projects using recognised project management methodologies.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, building strategic relationships across internal and external partners.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams.
- Apply critical thinking to resolve issues and achieve customer‑focused results.
- Mentor project teams and promote knowledge transfer throughout project delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing and leading project delivery, with a track record of successful outcomes.
- Strong facilitation and engagement skills, capable of influencing stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
