Key responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of transport planning and advisory projects.
• Mentor, coach and develop junior engineers, fostering strong internal and external networks.
• Review major projects, guide concept design development and produce high‑quality technical reports.
• Lead project and commercial management activities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to client standards.
• Identify innovative and cost‑effective solutions, contributing to work‑winning initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in transport planning and advisory within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on mentoring and knowledge transfer.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, large‑scale projects.
