Principal Broker – Corporate Insurance

About the role

Marsh Risk is looking for an experienced Principal Broker to join its Corporate team in Perth. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office and offers exposure to large new‑business tenders, complex insurance program design, and senior‑level client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of corporate Property and Casualty clients.
• Develop, pursue and convert new business opportunities to grow the corporate portfolio.
• On‑board new clients and deliver Marsh’s value proposition with high‑quality service.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with insurers and key revenue‑generating accounts.
• Lead renewal and broking strategies to ensure strong account retention.
• Participate in claim‑related matters and track new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.
• Proven track record of generating new business and managing complex insurance programs.
• Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
• Strong market presence within General Insurance.

• Deep understanding of Property and Casualty insurance products.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
