Principal Broker – Corporate Insurance

About the role

Marsh Risk is seeking an experienced Principal Broker with a strong background in account management and new business within Property and Casualty Insurance to join our corporate team in Perth. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of corporate clients and develop new business opportunities.
• On‑board new clients, delivering Marsh’s value proposition with high‑quality service.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with insurers and key revenue‑generating accounts.
• Lead renewal and broking strategies to ensure strong account retention.
• Participate in claim‑related matters and track new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.
• Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs.
• Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
• Strong market presence within General Insurance.
