Principal Advisor – Financial Crime & Client Lifecycle Management

About the role

The Principal Advisor leads client engagements for Fenergo’s FinCrime Operating System, guiding design and implementation of client lifecycle management solutions across financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess operating models and define scope for Fenergo product implementations.
• Design solutions at high, medium and low complexity levels covering CLM, AML, sanctions, ESG and related domains.
• Provide expert demonstrations of the FEN‑X CLM platform and support pre‑sales activities.
• Mentor project teams, promote cross‑team collaboration and ensure delivery of value to clients.
• Travel domestically and internationally for on‑site client meetings and Fenergo office visits.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in financial services, consulting or vendor‑side software projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of AML regulatory environment in Australia & Asia, and familiarity with tax regulations (FATCA/CRS).

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Financial Crime Compliance.
• Experience with FEN‑X platform, Orbis and WorldCheck One solutions.
• Understanding of risk models used in KYC processes.
