About the role
Australian Christian College Casey is seeking two full‑time Primary Teachers to start in Term 1, 2027. The role involves delivering evidence‑informed, Christian‑based education to students in a growing P‑11 co‑educational school.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement a range of teaching programs that meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Provide a child‑safe environment and adhere to the college’s child safety policies and code of conduct.
- Use assessment data to identify learning gaps, inform instruction, and support student progress.
- Participate in instructional coaching, professional learning, and collaborative curriculum development.
Required profile
- Believe every student is capable of growth and combine warmth with high expectations.
- Passionate about primary teaching and evidence‑informed practice, including the Science of Learning.
- Open to coaching, feedback and continual professional improvement.
- Enjoy collaborative work and are organised, reflective, and willing to contribute to a growing school community.
