Practice Manager – Dual Site (Booragoon & O'Connor)

About the role

Greencross Vets is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead and support two established clinics in Booragoon and O'Connor, Perth. This full‑time, dual‑site role offers a balanced four‑day week and the chance to make a genuine impact on teams and client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Split time equally between both clinics, overseeing administration and reception functions.
• Lead, mentor and develop veterinary nursing and reception teams.
• Manage rostering, workforce planning, recruitment and stock control.
• Monitor business performance, KPIs and drive operational excellence.
• Support client experience, service excellence and community engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous practice, operations or healthcare management experience.
• Proven leadership in a medical, allied health, dental, veterinary or similar environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
• People‑focused leader who enjoys developing teams.
