Portfolio Revenue Specialist - AUPAC

About the role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Portfolio Revenue Specialist to turn data and market insights into revenue strategies across a portfolio of hotels in Australasia and the Pacific (AUPAC). The role takes ownership of pricing, forecasting and revenue performance, working closely with hotel and commercial teams to identify opportunities and drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage revenue strategy across a portfolio of hotels, developing short, medium and long-term approaches to maximise revenue, market performance and delivery against hotel targets.
• Analyse competitor activity, market trends, demand and pricing by segment to identify opportunities and recommend strategies that strengthen hotel performance.
• Lead revenue forecasting and annual budgeting across revenue streams, proactively identifying risks, opportunities and changes needed to improve performance.
• Lead regular revenue and business performance discussions with hotel teams and owners, turning insights into clear actions.
• Monitor revenue systems and distribution performance, keeping pricing and system set-up effective and supporting new hotel openings and conversions when required.

Required profile

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Revenue Management, with hands-on experience in pricing, forecasting and developing revenue strategies.
• Strong analytical and commercial capability, able to interpret market and performance data and turn it into practical revenue opportunities.
• Experience using revenue management tools and systems, with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in a remote environment.
• A relevant university degree or diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
