Chef de Cuisine - CIRQ

About the role

Crown Resorts is hiring a full-time Chef de Cuisine for its Level 26 venue, CIRQ, in Cirq. The role leads the culinary vision of the venue, driving menu innovation, seasonal refinement and premium ingredient sourcing, and delivers guest experiences that match the venue's prestige and skyline views. It reports to the Executive Sous Chef.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a professional culinary team and ensure the kitchen operates as a successful profit centre.
• Oversee production and administration in line with Crown's standards and policies.
• Support and implement culinary operations that fit the venue's concept and its financial and people-focused targets.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury hotels is highly desirable.
• Able to set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals.
• Relevant hospitality qualification in Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent.

Required skills

• Strong financial, organisational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
