Portfolio Group Reservations Coordinator

About the role

Join AccorHotel as a Portfolio Group Reservations Coordinator on a 12‑month parental leave contract, supporting a portfolio of 11 hotels in the Salter Brothers Accor group. You will be the main point of contact for group bookings, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracted group reservations from rooming lists and deposits through post‑stay follow‑up.
• Act as the primary liaison for group clients, building strong relationships.
• Enter accurate data, manage bookings and produce reports across hotel systems.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to meet group requirements and deliver smooth guest experiences.
• Work with Sales and Revenue teams to identify and maximise group business opportunities.
• Promote and stay updated on the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confident, clear communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organisational abilities, able to prioritise, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive, solution‑focused attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Full, valid Australian working rights and availability for 38 hours per week.
