Portfolio Account Specialist - Immunology (QLD + WA)

About the role

Join Novartis' high‑performing Immunology team to promote foundational immunology therapies across Queensland and Western Australia. You will work closely with dermatologists, supporting psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa indications, and help improve patient outcomes in a compliant, ethical manner.

Key responsibilities

• Drive competitive sales growth across the Queensland and Western Australia territory.
• Identify and prioritize high‑potential healthcare professionals and stakeholders influencing treatment decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, opinion leaders, and key hospital and specialist stakeholders.
• Engage customers through value‑based conversations to understand challenges, priorities, and opportunities.
• Develop tailored customer engagement plans and deliver memorable, customer‑centric experiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios within required timeframes.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a related commercial environment.
• Strong account management experience, ideally within hospital, specialist, or dermatology settings.
• Ability to work in a complex healthcare ecosystem with multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with a growth mindset and willingness to take smart, considered risks.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• High standards of compliance, ethics, and professional integrity.
