Porter Valet – Guest Services

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is looking for a dedicated Porter Valet to join its Guest Services team. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving by car, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they step onto the property.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and direct vehicle traffic on the property to maintain efficient flow.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
• Provide guests with directions, information about hotel amenities, and local attractions.
• Assist with loading, unloading, storage, and transportation of guest luggage to and from rooms.
• Coordinate special guest requests such as transportation, reservations, or dry‑cleaning services.

Required profile

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• I’m Alert Food Safety certification (City of Perth).
• Unrestricted WA driver’s licence.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the local area.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
