Porter / Concierge – Full‑Time Hospitality Role

About the role

Join the team at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery, an Accor luxury property, as a Porter/Concierge. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience while creating memorable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Assist with luggage handling, valet parking and general porter duties.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries, offering local knowledge of Melbourne.
• Support guests with general information, reservations and city recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas as required.

Required profile

• Valid Victorian driver’s licence.
• Energetic, team‑focused attitude with a can‑do mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a 7‑day roster, including evenings, mornings and weekends.
