Platform Partner Marketing Manager – Fintech (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, creative marketer to join our Global Partner Marketing team for a 12‑month renewable contract. The role focuses on building and executing joint marketing programs with strategic SaaS platform partners in the fintech space, driving customer acquisition, activation, and partner revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives, and success metrics for a portfolio of top SaaS platform partners.
• Develop joint messaging and create bespoke co‑marketing activations, including email campaigns, webinars, and co‑branded content.
• Execute co‑marketing plans with partners to generate new user acquisition, product upsell, and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Campaign, Regional, Demand Generation) to integrate partners into broader campaigns.
• Administer and optimise market development funds to maximise ROI.
• Track, measure, and report performance of co‑marketing activities, sharing insights to improve future initiatives.
• Work closely with Platform Sales and Global Partnerships to increase adoption and partner satisfaction.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building joint marketing plans with go‑to‑market partners and delivering pipeline‑generating campaigns.
• Experience shaping joint messaging, creating partner‑focused content, and measuring ROI through indirect business models.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
