Platform Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Drive the inner‑sourcing/open‑sourcing strategy and foster a developer‑first mindset.
• Build and maintain cloud‑native architecture, observability, and reliability of services.
• Participate in a 24/7 follow‑the‑sun on‑call model for production incident management.
• Improve developer tools, automation, and documentation for assigned technical problems.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to achieve consensus and drive roadmap delivery.

Required profile

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with public cloud (AWS) and cloud computing concepts.
• Strong communication skills and empathy for fellow developers.

Required skills

• Programming languages: TypeScript, React, Java, JavaScript, Python, Go.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, serverless technologies.
• Source control and CI/CD: GitHub, Bitbucket, pull‑request workflows.
• Observability tools: Datadog, Splunk, ELK stack.
• Understanding of test practices and basic SRE concepts.
