Agile Delivery Lead

About the role

The Agile Delivery Lead is a key position within ANZ's Business & Private Bank Digital team, responsible for leading the delivery of strategic initiatives using agile frameworks. You will oversee end‑to‑end delivery across multiple squads for the Single Customer Front End program, linking technical teams with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple agile initiatives, ensuring business value is delivered within scope, time and quality.
• Define, manage and communicate delivery plans, risks, dependencies and progress to stakeholders.
• Remove impediments and resolve issues to maintain momentum and focus on outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritise backlogs and align with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate high‑level visual and technical design to understand work required and identify dependencies.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, fostering transparent two‑way communication.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior Agile Delivery Leads.
• Commitment to Agile principles, standards and frameworks as defined by the Agile practice.

Required skills

• Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and agile coaching.
• Delivery management and governance, including risk and dependency tracking.
• Facilitation of agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, retrospectives and planning sessions.
