About the role
JTR Cleveland, a wholesale distributor of aftermarket motorcycle products and part of Genuine Parts Company (GPC Asia Pacific), is looking for a passionate, customer-focused person to join its team. The position is full time and based in Cleveland, Queensland.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with phone sales enquiries and follow up on quotes, pricing and product questions in a timely way
- Enter sales and wheel production orders accurately
- Manage customer backorders
- Expand the customer base and sell new products
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Update and maintain CRM reporting systems
Required profile
- Interest in motorbikes preferred but not required
- Previous experience in internal and phone sales
- Honest, reliable and punctual
- Self-motivated and hardworking
- Willingness to learn, as on-the-job training is provided
- Available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Required skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
